What is your favorite quote? "The Psalmists makes a profound statement and then calls for a "selah," a moment of silence to let the truth sink in deep. Some moments still call for selahs." - Kallye Heiligenthal

What advice would you give to new scholars? (Or advice you wish you had been told when you were a freshman): There is so much advice I want to give to new scholars, but if I had to narrow it down to three things that made my undergraduate experience successful thus far they would be: try new things to discover your passions, take advantage of the free resources UF offers you to be successful in your classes like Broward Teaching, the Chemistry Learning Center, etc., and work with a greater purpose in mind other than grades, for grades aren’t everything and they don’t define you as a person.

What organizations or clubs are you involved in? UF Global Medical Missions Alliance, UF Circle K International, Undergraduate Chemistry TA Program, Centerpoint Christian Fellowship

What is your favorite thing about UF and being a Gator? My favorite thing about UF and being a Gator is that although people may say you’re just a face among the 50,000, at UF you are far from actually that. UF ensures to cater to students’ needs by personalizing each experience you have which makes you feel like a significant member in a huge family, and being a Gator is just that. My favorite thing about being a Gator is that I feel like I’m a part of a family in which I know I have a community of people who will support me even after my undergraduate experience comes to an end.
