What is your favorite quote? "It's not the goal that matters, but the journey to that goal that makes it memorable."

What advice would you give to new scholars? (Or advice you wish you had been told when you were a freshman):  To not rush into anything your freshman year. There is no reason to stress about getting over involved your freshman year. All of that will come in time. Also, to do what genuinely makes you happy. Don't apply to something just for the title, do stuff that makes you happy and you will thoroughly enjoy your freshman year. Also, rejections are okay. Do not sweat the small stuff, they're all a part of life.

What organizations or clubs are you involved in? The Florida Cicerones, Sigma Lambda Beta International Fraternity Incorporated

What is your favorite thing about UF and being a Gator? My favorite thing about UF has been learning about my true self. To break out of my comfort zone and push myself to my limits. Being a Gator has taught me more than just how to study, or how to hit a gym. It taught me independence, how to cook, how to interact with students and adults, and how to comport myself in a polite manner, and professionalism. Even though I am only a second year, I have learned a lot throughout the year. Still, I have much more to learn and I look forward to learning along with my mentees.
